Before unlinking, vacuum chdir() to the initial directory where uWSGI
was started. But sockets are created after the user specified chdir.
Pidfile is created before user chdir. Damn, that is a mess :)

I have rewritten the vacuum functions in a way that i can mimic the
startup behaviour:

- chdir to initial directory
- unlink pidfile if used
- chdir to user defined "chdir" option if specified
- unlink unix sockets

This should fix the problem.

Let me know if it works.
