[uWSGI] uWSGI timeout

Hi, everyone!
I am a beginner using uWSGI.
I met a problem when combining Nginx+uWSGI+web.py.
uWSGI run normally, it response when visiting http://localhost:9000.
And I have configured Nginx to have uWSGI to process request.
But when I visit http://localhost, uWSGI said "timeout!!!"

I don't know where got wrong. Thanks for help.

My env:debian6,python26,Nginx1.0.10,uWSGI0.9.9.2
Nginx conf:
server{
        listen       80;
        server_name  localhost;
        error_log /path/to/log debug;

    location / {
            uwsgi_pass 127.0.0.1:9000;
            include uwsgi_params;
        }
}
