Well, it could be a client on my desktop. I login from the client to my linux server, and it shows the uwsgi processes, how long they have been running, resource consumption etc. It is an admin console. It could also be like this - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E13167_01/aldsp/docs21/admin/console.html
