Hi, if you are talking about python files, just add something like
py-autoreload=1
<http://uwsgi-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Options.html#py-autoreload>

to your uwsgi config.

If you are talking about django templates not being reloaded, you probably
have django.template.loaders.cached.Loader
<https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/templates/api/#django.template.loaders.cached.Loader>
set up.
