Still not having any luck with this. Am I meant to have a an emperor config
like this:

emperor = /etc/uwsgi/vassal

And then point this to my app config. Either way I'm still not able to
start UWSGI in the background despite specifying to daemonize it,
which is what the docs seem to say.
