Ooooooohhhhhhh! LOL, now it all makes sense.

I totally did not get that out of the documentation, but now I see what
it's trying to say. It's using the owner/group of the actual file on the
filesystem, not anything that might be defined IN the configuration file.

Thanks a bunch, Damjan, I figured it was something easy I was just
completely missing.
