Cool. I don't see that the consul plugin is able to configure uwsgi

What I think to do is to dynamically some routes/certificate/.. to
consul and uwsgi 'knows' and handle this new informations in his
setup.
Right, currently the consul plugin cannot be used as generic
configuration
storage. Feel free to open a feature request on github (both for consul
and etcd)
