Has anyone read anything about the different players needed for a
successful team (UX or otherwise)? IDEO have their "Ten Faces of
Innovation" (http://www.tenfacesofinnovation.com/tenfaces/index.htm), is
there anything else? We're trying to think about our team in different
ways than "An Information Architect" or "An Information Designer" and to
consider the other (arguably) more meaningful strengths that they bring to
the table ... things like being a "can do" person, or a great
communicator, or someone who always generates lots of ideas, etc ....
thoughts?
