highway hawk riser/bar

I have seen several pics with the Vmax having a Highway Hawk riser and a super bike bar, and I am considering doing it myself.  Since the stock riser needs to be removed, any suggestions on a mounting location for the front blinkers.  In addition, I was also thinking of putting some smaller aftermarket blinkers on, and possibly a Maxim tachometer.       JIM 98 Vmax
