Here you are.....
Here is the easy way to cut your spacers once.

1.  Install emulators, shortening kit, and internals

2.  Measure the forks extended length with tire off ground.  Fork brace to
triple clamp works well.  Subtract 1" and record measurement.

3.  With front tire off ground, install Race Tech springs, STOCK SPACERS,
all washers and caps.
4.  Put bike on ground and with rider mounted and feet on pegs, measure the
fork distance at same spot as step 1.  (may require an assistant) (Sag will
be way more than supposed to be).
5.  Subtract measurement  in step 4 from measurement in step 2 and record
the difference.
6.  Elevate bike again to get front tire off ground, remove the caps and
STOCK SPACERS.
7.  Add together the length of the stock spacer and the measurement recorded
in step 5 and cut the Race Tech Spacers to that length.
8.  Re assemble with the new spacers.  USE THE WASHERS!!!!

Your done......go ride  Works with any rate spring.
