Pull the two wires off the horn and take a volt reading.  Should read 12V 
when you push the horn button.

If no voltage is present at the horn, locate the wires coming from the 
button and check to see that there is 12V on one wire.  If no volts there, 
check the fuse.  If fuse ok, check for a loose connection or a break in this 
wire.  With the button pushed, there should be 12V on both wires.

If the button checks ok, then you might have a bad coil on the horn relay or 
a loose connection going to it.
