The wheel bearings are a real standard size and can be bought at most auto part
stores. They are sealed and not worth the effort to pop the seals out to
grease. You should change them on a regular basis. You can knock them out
with a long rod and hammer sliding the rod inside the bearing and through to
the opposite side.
