Hi.

Some days ago someone was telling that on a stock Max there
was no gain in putting on fuel injection. ...the "only"
thing was more linear feel (which are a nice thing). But
there are more to get!

My dad has a -91 BMW LT, and that bike has fuel injection.
It have been standing now for over five months, out in the
frost (but under roof), in Norway... He didn't remove the
battery or anything. Today he pushed the start-button, and
it started after maximum two seconds, murring like a cat
from the very beginning. Soooo injection, when working, do
have some "user friendly" sides.

This story also tells us that the battery very well may make
it during a winter without charging...
