I just talked to a LP rep on the phone and he told me that I won't be able
to get the dual element bulb anywhere except from them. He said he tells
customers to buy some when they buy the turn signals, because the bulbs get
backordered in the summer. He was able to give me the name of a local Honda
shop which is a stocking dealer. I'll try there tomorrow.(Vincent, if they
don't have them, I'll contact you!) There are no part number markings on the
base. The bulb resembles a GE 68, but it's locking pins are offset. The only
numbers stamped on the base are: 12V23/8W. These appear to be the specs of
the bulb.
Also, many thanks to all who responded to my question about brake fluid
compatibility. I'll be flushing the front system and filling with Dot 4.
