Hal,
I've heard it said by the many guru's on this
list NOT to use compressed air such as what you
find at a gas station. The high pressure may
blow/damage your seals. The max rating in the forks
is only something like 14lbs. Plus the small
volume of air makes getting correct pressure
a pain in the ass. You need a small hand pump
with a halfway accurate gauge. Or you can get some
emulators and use only oil with no air at all -
the preferred choice.
