Silkolene Pro-Cool

My local dealer would be charged $18 for a $6 bottle of Water Wetter b/c they 
have to special order Redline products.  We found Silkolene Pro-cool as an 
alternative that he could purchase regularly.  Its a one liter bottle for $6. 
 I don't know how much is used or any other details.  Does anyone know much 
about it?
