Kill Switch

[Compvette]

I bought a corded kill switch for my bike for drag racing. Does any one know 
where I should splice in. On my 89 I had years ago I spliced in next to the 
kill switch on the handle bars. But it would blow the fuse on me any help 
would be appreciated!
