As per the instructions that came with the mod the new friction disk
replaces the half friction disk behind the small retaining clip to the rear
of the basket.The new disk however unless they have changed something should
be an exact match to the others.The one I received was in fact a Yamaha
replacement disk in the original package with Yamaha's part number.I also
