I used a set of Titanium Head phones from Radio Shack . You have to trim
them up then install them using velcro . Make sure they are directly
over your ears and they are between the helmet foam and the cloth
meaning that the helmet cloth lining is all that is covering them . I
wear a full face helmet . I spent a lot of time and cut up 4 different
head sets till I came up with the Radio Shack phones . I do not wear ear
plugs .
