I'm too tired for a lengthy creative letter right now so here's the short version.
I bought an RMS seat.
There were design questions that I had.
There was a padding problem because the front on my Max is 3 inches lower than most.
I spoke to John today and yes, he had logical answers for all of my questions and agreed to rework my seat at no cost to me.
So I've got a few more days of down time, so be it.
John made everything better and in my eyes he is a stand-up guy who appreciates my business.
For those of you who don't want to bother calling the man to discuss your problems I don't know what to tell you.
I guess some folks just like to suffer and complain about.
