The diaphragms that Phil was quoting were the little ones for the
coasting enrichment valves ... which brings to mind a question I
wanted to ask. I just had everything apart on the carb stack for
spring cleaning ... and decided I would change all those pesky little
4mm screws to half height stainless socket heads ... I never really
noticed before that the tiny little diaphragms for the coasting
enrichment valves are exactly the same type of rubber, (or whatever it
is), that is used for the slide diaphragms ... I was wondering if
anyone ever had any problems with these as far as cracking tearing ...
as happens eventually with slide rubbers ??????????????
