Cory,
    I just had a set of wheels powdercoated and the balancing was no issue.
of course after the tires were mounted the wheels were balanced anyway so it
does't really matter. The guys at the powdercoat shop took care of all the
masking and prep work. They just asked me to remove any parts that may get
in the way or any lubricated parts. The powdercoat process involves baking
at 450 degrees. Grease turns to liquid that will get all over everything.
