Be careful here.  I heated mine up and bent it out a little.  Problom was that
when I really started to lean hard it would touch down grinding and throwing
asphalt in Doug Ullmans face.  I had to bend it aback a little but it seems ok
now.  The way we did mine was to heat it close to the pivot point (stand
lowered) and have an assistant gently lean the bike over to the desired lean
while it was red hot.  A little touch up paint and you're done!
