TC is correct here.  The Dymags that are sold have a 1\4" offset to use
large 180 tires.  I was the guinee pig and have the only "0" offset that
were made but I am very restricted on the type tires I can mount since I
only have 1mm clearance to the swingarm with a MEZ-4 which run small.  The
wheel offset should not have anything to do with your handling woes as
long as they run true. You have another problem.  One of the things that
the frame shop did was cut and reweld one side of my swingarm at the axle
bore  to re-align the rear to the front (big help).  You can ask other
members who have ridden my bike the results.
