If you are the original owner ... and there is not a jet kit in there
then IMHO you can only be fouling for two reasons ...
One ... the plugs are gapped too close ... or other ignition problem
.. (check for .035 inches ... not mm ... like the dummy at my house)

Secondly, you would have to have gone rich due to blocked pilot air
jets ... (a very good possibility if it is coming out of winter
storage). To fix this ... remove the pilot mixture screws and give the
carbs a blast of compressed air in the mixture screw holes.
