OK ... so he is getting operation on his "brake switch" .... with a
slight movement of the shifter ... even though the shifter might have
not moved sufficiently to complete a gear change ..... and then I
suspect the same would be true with the original version of the
powershifter .... That makes me feel a lot better ... and that
certainly is an issue that can be addressed with a push button or some
other "more dependable" switch operation. I initially was wondering if
he was challenging the concept of interrupting the ignition to
complete the shift ... and he isn't ... He is simply stating that it
is real easy to miss a shift with the crude follow through of the Vmax
.. "along with" ... the "brake switch" he is using in his kit
............ This I suppose isn't a surprise ... but since he is aware
that this is not working so good ... you would think he would remove
them from the Vmax page at his web site ??
