11's ouch... You don't realize the lost HP due to atmosphere issues we have
up here....
A stock vmax runs 12.2's at this altitude...My buddies 1428 Long Rod with
140Hp ran an 11.17 with me on it last year.
This year he got his motor back with 170Hp now so it should turn a HIGH
10... My bike will make mid 10's I think at this altitude. I know that
Houston has some maniac's down there with some serious performance... I wish
that I could race some of those guys... The therotical times for this bike
at sea level is around a 9.2 at 147MPH.
Twisting the grip on 190 + HP is not as easy as you make it sound. I don't
see anyone going past me up here that is normally
aspirated. I'll know for sure by the end of summer....
