Emailed the Dunlop people about this cause I dont trust the dealer, but I
figured I check with you guys (cause I dont trust Dunlop either). This is the
problem:

I have a 94 Vmax, bought K591's and on the ride home from the dealer I
noticed a bad front headshake where before (with Bridgestones) there was
none. The headshake occurred at low speeds on decelleration only. I tried
different pressures with no effect on the shake.

Finally, I did the Furber fix (with a little more torque than recommended).
This eliminated the shake, but if the defect is in the tires, there is still
a problem. I notice that they are wearing unevenly...i.e. the nubs on the
front tire are gone on the left side, but still present on the right side and
the nubs on the rear tire are the opposite, that is, the nubs are gone on the
left side but still present on the right side. What's up with this? NOTHING
else changed on the bike. Do I have a defective tire? If so, what might it be
and how do I check for it?

BTW, the beast still runs great since your adice on the carb problem. Many
thanks!

Tom
