I have installed the Furber braces on my 99' Max. It made all the diferance in the world!! I have two 6 gallon fuel tanks mounted in place of my saddle bags. This is about 100 lbs. of fuel on the rear suspention. This induced a low speed wobble in the front end. I did the fruber fix and installed the braces and the problem dissapeared. I recomend them over the bolt on due to the face that they attach at the strongest part of the frame. I good welder should only charge you $20. It is a five minute job. Besides the Furburs are cheeper and he will bend over backwards with advice and help. Kraig The Long Range "P-51" Max .............................................
