Hello all,
A friend of mine experiences the following problem:
- when opening the throttle the engine dies on the front two cylinders.
Checking indicated no sparks.
- at the same time the rev gauge indicates 0
- idle is ok (4 cylinders)
- it appeared suddenly
Now I suspect that the ignition box is faulty. I will check this out with a
spare one I have (lucky me) this weekend.
Then I wondered: is the rev gauge connected to one of the front cylinders in
the ignition box?
Suggestions someone?
