No, talk to Pierre and explain in detail what you want.  Ask for my specs if you
want.  Doug Ullman seemed happy with them but you should talk to him direct
It's your riding style that will effect it the most.  Think about it.....If your
bike bounces off the bumps instead of absorbing them, you will bounce and the
bike will get squirley...Guarunteed!  The shock should absorb the bump not
bounce off it.  I believe in setting the bike up for what you do most.  With the
Max (for me) it's tour 80% and hot rod 20%.  Why put a shock on that will beat
you to death 80% of your riding for the 20% of hot rod time??  Not my opinion of
fun.
