I think that for your particular configuration the best bet would be to go
to Toys R Us and find a Huffy tire in the narrowest possible width.

5800 feet is a long chain... but I think the sprocket that comes with the
aforementioned Huffy tire should work.

I think that, given the torque curve, max HP rating and rear tire suggested
above, you should launch by dumping the clutch at about 9500-10K RPM.
