When you turn on the bike's ignition you should hear the pump clicking for
about 5 seconds, if it doesn't do that you have a problem. If it does click
for 5 seconds, turn it off and pull your fuel line and turn it on again. You
might want to put an extension on the fuel line first. Let it run into
something and see if it pumps. Also, try putting your finger over the end of
the line and restrict it some to see if it has much pressure.
