The person in question is me! Another sure fire method is just to remove it
from the carb when you blip the throttle.
I agree with Paul. Very nice tool that's VERY simple to use. Nothing to
hook up, etc. Just pop the top off your air box, stick it in the velocity
stacks, and adjust as necessary. Total time to synch the carbs is about 10
minutes.
