Dooweb,
You need to get your hands on either an owner's manual or a service
manual ... or life will be difficult. This procedure, (changing the
wheel), is covered in both. The only difference I noticed between the
two was the axle nut torque ... they state 110 ft lbs / 150 Nm in my
owner's manual and 85 ft lbs / 120 Nm in the service manual. Around 80
ft lbs .. the nut let me know it wasn't going any further anyhow so I
used the 85 ft lb spec ...... The pinch bolt on the right is 14 ft lbs
and the rear caliper bolts are 32 ft lbs ..... I usually pull the
right shock off just to get it out of the way, (top 14 ft lbs, bottom
32 ft lbs), and jack the front of the engine so that the rear tire
just touches the ground, (takes the load off).

Anyhow ... take the big 27mm axle nut off the left side, (pull the
cotter pin if you have a '95 down). Loosen the pinch bolt on the right
side, (don't pull the axle yet). Take out the caliper bolts and the
support bar bolt. Lift the caliper off and lay it to the right, (easy
to do since you pulled the right shock like I recommended). Pull the
axle out and get rid of the washer and the brake bracket ... Now you
have room to move the wheel to the right ... it will pull right out of
the differential with the clutch hub attached to it, (a c-clip holds
it to the wheel ....). Grease up this hub before re-mounting the wheel
... (lithium, moly .. anything). Re-torque everything as indicated in
the reverse order of removal, (polish the end of the axle with
Mother's or something .... looks nice).

Motor mount installation instructions are on the "list" web site ...
http://www.sayegh.org/tips.htm ......

The rear will take 8 ounces ... fill to the bottom thread of the fill
hole .... be neat ... put rtv, (silicone), sealer on the threads ...
(use a torque wrench ... its a real downer and real expensive when the
bolts won't tighten up any more .. drain and fill bolts are both 17 ft
lbs) ....... Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil, (75-90), or any synthetic
gear oil works real good in the rear end .....

Frame braces ?? No sweat with bolt-ons ... don't make a mess with the
weld-ons ...... take it somewhere if you are not used to welding on
this tubing .....
good luck,
campbell
