I have a SS grill on my 99 max made by a UK company
called Scorpion. It is very good quality and fitted
perfectly without any "adjustments". It cost me �38
UK pounds and looks the dogs dangly bits.

think they have a pic of the grill. They do radiator
and oil cooler bills for a range of bikes. It may be
worth dropping them a line for their latest catalogue.
