I think they made the forks and brakes larger in 1993 or 1994 so I would look
for one from those years to present. I bought a 1994 since the only real
difference was color. I'd go as old as you can and put the extra money into
modifications.
I really like the bike a lot and it is a blast to ride. It does however,
leak oil out of the shift shaft seal if the bike is not on the center stand.
I blew the fork seals out pretty quick but wheelies are hard on a bike. New
seals and Race Tech springs have cured that problem.
