I have the Shark system with a Race alloy can and a Road carbon can. The
carbon can sounds pretty good but gave me a big hole at 3500rpm with my
setup. It is also too big and I didn't like the way it looked. I shortened
the pipework by about one inch and it still stuck out past the back wheel.
The alloy can is a bit smaller and since I shortened it by about 4 inches
fits inside the wheel (not literally but I think you can see what I mean).
It is also very loud. I have heard louder pipes on several other bikes but
it is definitely up there. The pipework is 13 separate pieces all held
together with springs and is a bitch to fit, at least I thought so. Some of
those springs are near impossible to fit. It is very thin wall, single skin
pipe and mine has discoloured quite badly. Having said that, it is a very
light system and a fair part of my 135rwhp is down to this exhaust.
