Don't get me wrong here, guys, I've got no ties with any supplier and I'll
be the first to agree/admit/complain when there's a problem. I remember the
posts on the List when Mario first got the Cybermax, and the problems he
(and others since) have had to solve. Could be that the (few) VMax
orientated manufacturers/suppliers get the goods onto the market ASAP before
the product's 100% sorted.. How many questions have been raised recently on
the 1500 reliability issue..?
As consumers we shouldn't have to be part of the R&D, we can expect a part
that's going to fit, look the part & do the job as expected. Unfortunately,
as VMax consumers I think we're part of the R&D. Not always intentionally
from the supplier though.
It's a good sign that some manufacturers/suppliers (people) like 'H' stick
by the customer and do what they can to remedy the situation. I still stand
by own original comments :)
