swingarm re-enforcment

Does anyone have an exact spec for the diameter of the re-enforcing ring for
the swingarm driveshaft tube.  I assume it's a slight press fit (+.001 to
.002), but need to know what outside diameter to get it turned to.  The wall
thickness for the insert was .125", correct?
