hi guys,
i have a chance to pick up a 1427 big bore Max real cheap, or
maybe a trade plus cash to me.
the other party doesn't know much about what he has and has
set his own price. his reason for selling is that he has replaced the
starter several times and can't find an "after market" unit to work.
i thought that most of the big bore guys and those with
starting problems went to the factory 4 pole unit. is this correct and could
someone give me a part # for it?
bty, can someone tell me what pre'90 year Max was "yellow"
