Not sure what you mean by "Captain America" but the wheel can be
adjusted from stock position to 6 inches stretched in the swing arm. The
swing arm has to be repositioned so the engine is more aligned with the
rear wheel (the frame gets in the way a little. That's the reason for
the rake on the stock shocks. Besides, it looks cool, I scraped my
Kerker pretty bad on that one,.... forget about a Hindle!.
