Phil, I am sure the Pueblo race track is straight down route 25 ... I am sure I have passed it many times ... or at least signs in regard to the track when rolling down that road ....... To find any race track at least in the US check out this site ..... http://www.staginglight.com/links/trackfinder.html#AZ It shows the Pueblo track address which you can punch in to MapBlast ..... It also has a link to the Pueblo track web page which is ... http://home.rmi.net/~cmanthei/pueblo.html You better take a look at this page as I found the following note .... it appears they may be stepping on the test and tune on Saturday to make up for an event that was apparently eliminated as a result of one of their biblical scale rain storms: (06-01-2000) THE RACE SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 30TH THAT WAS LOST DUE TO WEATHER HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JULY 29TH. THIS WAS TO HAVE BEEN A TUNE/TEST DAY BUT AS SUNDAY WAS A ET AND ONTRACK PERFORMANCE QUICK 16 EVENT, THIS IS A NATURAL. GATES OPEN AT NOON, TIME TRIALS 1 TIL 4, AND ELIMINATIONS AT 5PM. FOR THOSE RACERS WHO COMPETED AT OUR MAY 27-28TH EVENT As far as performance difference ........... I punched in your last time ... at 5800 ?? 10:88 / 129.5 ... weight 755 ... since it was still 84 degrees in Denver at 6PM on the 8th of June when you ran that time ... (only 63 degrees today ??!?) ... I will just punch Pueblo in for the same temp so there will be no correction for other than altitude. OK ... 5800 feet / 84 degrees = 10:88/129.5 then 4800 feet / 84 degrees = 10:45/131 Actually ... my spreadsheet is showing your trap times a couple of MPH high for your 10:88 .. which usually means you could gear lower or try getting a little better 60' time ......... at any rate ... it indicates that it would support a higher ET than 10:88 ........ campbell ----- Original Message ----- From: "phil" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Pueblo Motorsports > I would like to run down to pueblo motorsports racetrack > and race my max this saturday. I have several questions. > How do I get there ? Address ? Website what time do > they open ?
