Easy fix!!! Remove engine, send to PCW for a complete Tourmaster build-up.
(including engine powdercoat) Remove all alluminum that is corroded and take
to the chrome shop. Take bare frame to the powdercoat shop. Assemble when
all parts are back and enjoy!

BTW plan to spend enough for a new bike!!

Just got back from a five year military tour in Okinawa. Boy the weather
there did a serious number on my 94 bike, corrosion everywhere. And now,
I'd like to bring the bike to like new condition if not better, especially
since the bike only has 4,000 miles on it. To give you an idea of what's
involved, every aluminum part needs replacing, all the bolts, wheels, and
even the frame and engine needs powdercoating. And so it brings me to the
question; does anyone know who can take such a job for a reasonable amount
of money in the Maryland/DC area? I've call local shops but no success.
GREAT TO BE BACK! Thanks.
