Brian

I got mine in my local parts shop. Here is what I
found out after delving into his parts catalogue. I
hope it helps.

Here are some alternative switch specifications that I
have managed to find and they will all fit the max but
you will have to sort out the connections.

The manufacturer is FAE which is apparently a Spanish
company who provide many of the UK replacement
switches. Most of these cost somewhere around 10 - 15
pounds Stirling.

CS3776 87 oC - 82 oC (188 oF - 179 oF)
CS3756 92 oC - 82 oC (197 oF - 179 oF)
CS3753 95 oC - 90 oC (203 oF - 194 oF this is the
TFS 545 equiv. switch)
CS3752 102 oC - 97 oC (215 oF - 206 oF)

Many of the Nissan switches are interchangeable but
there are a few exceptions where the switch body may
be too long or the thread different. These should be
obvious if you've seen your original switch. Don't
forget to use the old O ring because the new ones seem
to be thicker.

The Nissan models using these switches over in the UK
are the Sunny, Bluebird, Cherry and probably several
that I did not spot as well as the US Pulsar and
Sentra.

I hope this info is of use.

Cheers
