Yes that is what you should use.  I have one for sale if anyone is
interested.  Check out http://www.progressivesuspension.com/accessories.htm
and look at the bottom of the page.  It has a check valve that allows you to
remove the pump without loosing any air in the forks.  There is such a small
volume of air in the forks any air loss when the pump is removed will affect
the pressure.  Will sell for $30 shipped in the US.
