Last time I checked, there was no Haynes or Clymer available for the Vmax.
Probably because the 'Max is not produced in big numbers like some other
models. Just pick up a Yammy service manual from your dealer, or go to
http://www.motocom.com/. They're a little pricey, but if you need a manual,
that's about it. Between that manual, this list, and the many Vmax websites
out there, you should be able to get just about any question answered.
You'll find that there's a wealth of knowledge & experience on this list.
If your question doesn't get answered right away, just wait. It's probably
because the person with the answer is away from the list or busy at the
time.
I would recommend starting with Paul's site, http://www.sayegh.org/tips.htm
from there you can get to the list archives search. For non-technical (and
some technical) stuff you can also go to
http://www.seawingsub.com/pipermail/vmax/ and do a search.
