Don,

I think I might be able to get away with just changing out the right front 
fork.  That is where she hit the bike.  Did they design the later fronts ends 
better?

As far as filing charges, the wonderful commonwealth of Virigina says that 
since I am separated with no separation agreement (we can not agree on 
anything) the bike is just as much hers as it is mine.  So if she chooses to 
run it down there is nothing the law can do about it.  Ain't marriage great.  

My bike should be back on the road in about two weeks tops.  Live and learn, 
now I keep Maxine in a storage unit in an undisclosed location, if you know 
what I mean.
