Raising handlebars

Hello.  Damn it's good to be back!  Cable modem died 5 days ago and the
silence has been deafening.

I need to raise my handlebars to accomodate my newly acquired Exactrep tank.
Anyone have any useful suggestions for this?  I need to raise them about 2"
to allow full travel.  TIA
