K & N Yamaha is the oldest Yamaha dealer in the US. Also, they originated
the K & N line of filters but later sold the rights to another company which
continues to market them under the K & N name.
They offer Vmax parts and accessories to current VMOA members at a rate of
"cost plus 25%". On almost everything I've ever ordered, this amounted to
35% off of list price. Most dealerships charge full list price.
They are very nice to deal with on the phone. Just tell them you are a VMOA
member, give them your membership number, and they will set you up in the
computer. You do have to pay shipping but in most cases, shipping costs are
about what you would pay in sales tax at your local dealer.
